Blending sharp market instincts with a passion for product, she brings distinctive creative direction that drives sales, profitability, and cultural relevance.

Lisa’s leadership has shaped merchandising, marketing and sourcing strategies across Womens, Mens, Kids, Baby, Swim, Intimates, Sleep, Accessories, Footwear, Home and Wellness. Known for nurturing talent, she builds teams that thrive and excel.

Lisa began her career at Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein before spending 15 years at The Gap where she led design during their explosive growth years, refreshing American classics every six to eight weeks and building to more than $7 billion in retail sales. In addition to overseeing Mens and Womens design, she spearheaded Denim, Gap Kids and babyGap into billion-dollar businesses, and launched GapBody and 1969.

She subsequently steered Sears and Kmart’s product development and design teams, overseeing 240 people and building the business to $3.5 billion across more than 30 private label and licensed brands. She reimagined Jaclyn Smith, Joe Boxer,  Route 66, Toughskins and Roebuck & Co. as well as developed product for Disney, Everlast, Craftsman and many more. Lisa also shaped Kmart Home, influencing brands like Martha Stewart and relaunching Essential Home.

As a consultant, Lisa connects brands with mass retailers, specialty and department stores to generate strong sales, identify white space and capture new audiences through strategic and creative direction. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees and as Chair of the Marketing Committee at Guild Hall as well as provides mentorship and an advisory role to young talent.
